Here is the eagerly anticipated mini documentary of our recent Prayer Event on the Beaches of Normandy that took place with 100 people from all over the world on the 66th Anniversary of the D-Day Landings that changed the course of history.
We are right in the middle of a series of events and Festivals which I will feedback on over the next couple of weeks. Yesterday the Mainstage was on Brighton Beach in the hot sun for the ‘Soul on the Beach’ event with Andy Au and the guys at City Gate Brighton, awesome!! On a challenging note, we were unsuccessful in our funding bid to the Anglican Church and Community Fund, it was a huge disappointment. God will provide for us in other ways I’m sure. The response from the many people who attended the Breakthrough Normandy prayer event last Sunday on the D-day Landing Beaches has been fantastic, both from the English and French side. Many of us felt that we had delivered a powerful punch in the spiritual realm that will prove hugely significant in the weeks and months ahead. Francis and Diane Dognon, my close friends who lead La Source Church in Normandy have had a number of breakthroughs in the last week, praise God!
Last week I travelled to meet John and Becky Townley who lead the church in Cornwall that we have forged a strong link with. I’m so excited about what God is clearly opening up for us together down there in John Wesley country! We are running two high impact weekends down there in St Austell this summer. Many connections have been made across the Miracle Street network from people who have deep roots in Cornwall. Please pray, its gonna be big I think!
Also on a prayer front, we have a significant funding application with the Anglican Church and Community Fund being considered this Wednesday 16th. Please stand with us for this. We’re believing for favour in their eyes as we have a great need for an injection of funds at this time as many of the locations we are working into can only partly fund our costs.
